Beans with garlic and red pepper

Beans are a good source for vitamins and fiber. It has a great flavour with high nutrition content.

Ingredients

Take one pound of beans with the stem trimmed, olive oil (2 tsp), a capsicum or red pepper with seed and julienne, chili paste (1/2 tsp) or some flakes of red pepper, sesame oil (1 tsp), salt ½ tsp, and freshly grounded black pepper (1/4 tsp).

Preparation

First split the beans into two inch pieces. Take a big saucepan and fill it up with 3/4th of boiled water. The beans should be cooked until it turns into light green and gets crispy. Keep it for three minutes. Dry the beans and keep it for settling.

Heat some olive oil in a pan. Add some pepper and stir it for a minute. Pour the beans and sauté it. Drizzle some sesame oil and using salt and powdered pepper season the whole mixture. Green Beans are ready to be served.

Spaghetti with squash and pepper

The dish has a flavour that is rich and batty. It is a dish that is styled with garlic primavera.

Ingredients

A slice of whole wheat grain bread, olive oil (2 1/2 tsp, extra virgin works best), 4 cloves of garlic, finely cut walnuts (1 ½ tsp), fresh parsley leaves that is finely cut (1/4 cups), a tablespoon of salt, a yellow squash cut into two, and a zucchini cut into two inch size, shredded carrots, capsicum, grounded black pepper and a half pound of wheat spaghetti.

Preparation

Use a blender to process the food to prepare fine crumbs. In a big sauce pan heat half table spoon of olive oil. Do not over heat it. Cut garlic should be sauté until it turns golden for at least a minute. The bread crumbs should be stirred and cooked until it becomes crunchy. The whole apparatus should be transferred into a bowl containing walnuts and parsley. A pinch of salt should be added into it.

Add two more teaspoons of oil into the pan and heat it. The yellow squash should be added along with shredded carrots and zucchini. It should be sauté until the vegetable mixture becomes crispy. Wait for about five minutes and transfer the dish into a plate when it is still warm.

Bell peppers should be added into the pan to sauté it until it gets soft. It takes about two minutes. The remaining pepper and salt should be mixed into the mix. Replace the squash mixture into the pan and mix it thoroughly. Add spaghetti and cook and serve immediately.
